I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for the way that Roland Tayor dealt with my problem this morning.

We purchased a M8 Helper generator from Scorpion Power Systems in 2003, and today I had an error code on the system that I did not understand.  Thankfully Roland was able to dig into the historical manuals (I understand that the Helper is now an obsolete model) and guide me to a resolution of the problem.  Just as well that he has been with you since 1991 and remembers the Helper well.

He is a credit to you all and with such an excellent telephone manner I am sure he is highly valued.  Also please note that Nicole, who was the first point of contact and was also extremely efficient.

Generally, people are very happy to complain but seem less inclined to praise – hence this email to you.

Please thank Roland for me – I am very appreciative of his extensive knowledge.
