Continuous Power specialist, shentongroup, has further cemented its reputation as the UK’s leading technical experts in Standby Power, Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Combined Heat & Power Systems, having recently played a prominent role at a number of key continuous power industry events. As well as attending specifi in February and April, the shentongroup team played a role at UK AD and World Biogas, Future M&E and Data Centre World. The company is now preparing to make an impact at even more key industry events throughout the country.

UK Ad Bio croppedThe leading event in its field, UK AD & World Biogas 18 attracted over 3,000 attendees interested in harnessing biogas from anaerobic digestion. Among 250 exhibitors at Birmingham’s N.E.C this July, shentongroup demonstrated how biogas can be used to power Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, producing greener, cheaper electricity and creating large volumes of hot water throughout the process. shentongroup is the sole UK and Ireland distributor of the Tedom range of CHP systems; a range spanning an array of sizes and operating on fuels including natural gas, LPG and biogas.

fme_logoThe first week of July saw shentongroup, in conjunction with water pump specialist Dutypoint, stage an exclusive event named Future M&E. Mechanical and Electrical Engineers visited an inspiring Covent Garden venue to network, share best practice and to attend specialist CPD sessions. A relaxed and friendly event complete with complimentary drinks and refreshments, the success of Future M&E has encouraged both host companies to look towards staging similar events throughout the country in the near future.

DCW logo 2017In March, the shentongroup team demonstrated Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Standby Generators at Data Centre World. Those seeking to learn new approaches to power, cool, connect and secure their data centres visited shentongroup at London’s Excel and also enjoyed an informative talk from shentongroup’s Mark Porter entitled “Generators for Business Continuity”.

Over the 35 years since shentongroup supplied its first standby diesel generators, the company has emerged as a leader in standby and continuous power technologies, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Combined Heat & Power Systems. shentongroup’s Sales and Marketing Director, Curtis Meek described shentongroup’s approach to industry events: “The shentongroup team members enjoy nothing more than liaising one-to-one with our customers, providing them with all of the answers and ideas they need to help them on their way towards continuous power solutions they can truly rely on”. Curtis added: “This year’s events have all brought their successes, so much so that, as well as preparing for even more 2018 events, we’re now planning to stage a number of our own shentongroup-branded events for 2019”.

With offices and depots covering the entire UK, shentongroup will be extending it’s already broad reach by attending the Association of University Engineers Annual Conference over 5-7 August at Solent University. In addition, following on from a number of successful specifi events, shentongroup will have a presence at specifi london|services on November 21st.
