With a growing number of 24/7/365 maintenance contracts UK wide, our Service division have further employed service engineers to cover London and the home counties. With the company’s reputation for quality service and rapid response, the Service Manager recognised a need to bolster support in this area. With 25 years in the generator industry the new addition has, following 2 weeks of internal training, been thrust into the field and is proving an instant success in improving the service received by our valued clients. Service levels are constantly monitored and client feedback received in order to immediately spot areas where further reinforcements are required.
