Job Title: CHP Operations Coordinator
Location: Andover, Hampshire
This is an office role based from our HQ in Andover Hampshire for which you will be required to have good organisational skills, be a confidential and trustworthy person with good IT skills. A hard working and positive attitude with a willingness to learn will be essential as well as a good commercial understanding/outlook.

- Full support to 2 Project Managers
- Support to Department Manager
- Support to 2 Commissioning Engineers
- Support and working closely with the Finance Team
- Managing Engineer Schedules
- Managing Transport Schedules
- Managing and Processing Orders
- Liaising with clients
- Financial Job Cost Reporting
- Sales – Operations Handover Process
- Raising Sales Orders and Acknowledgements
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Creating Invoices and Contractor Applications
- Allocation and Processing of Supplier Invoices
- Compilation of Project Work Packs for engineers
- Project Closure – Processing of Sales Orders and Job Cost Reports
- Stock Take Reporting
- Management of Stock Orders
- Processing of completed paperwork
- Checking off receipts
- Engineer Overtime, Hotels, Expenses
- Data entry
- Email management
- Compilation of operation Manuals
- Required skills include:
- Very good time management
- Very good task management
- Efficiency
- Ability to handle high volumes of tasks and information
- A sharp and proactive mind
- SAP Business One software experience/skills would be beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work extended hours as the needs of the department require
- A determined and driven attitude
