The votes are in and this month’s shentongroup Colleague of the Month has been decided! Each month the shentongroup team carefully selects and nominates a colleague who they believe enhances and streamlines life at shentongroup, ultimately improving customer service.
This colleague of the month has been a noted as a real team player. For helping others to get their quotations ‘over the line’ and acknowledgement for managing some great orders are just some of the reasons that this month’s Colleague of the Month is Les Chapman from shentongroup Service and Sales.
Les has been recognised for outstanding customer service and helpfulness by numerous clients and colleagues. Always going the ’extra mile’ to ensure clients fully understand the service and support they will receive as well as making sure that they’re on the right contract for their needs. He also regularly makes the effort to visit clients on-site to guarantee they are receiving the most suitable continuous power solutions.
