Always in a happy mood, some of the supporting comments put forward by his colleagues when nominating Steve included: “Steve is always happy to listen and help out when needs be” and “he was happy to help out and he really enjoyed solving a challenge”. One colleague even described Steve as a “Big friendly giant”. Well, the efforts he puts into his role at shentongroup certainly are giant, as the nominations also commented how Steve “helped out massively with an issue on-site with taking a part of an engine out”, and that he was “a great help for Cloe when parts were needed off a T30 downstairs and Steve helped out in a fellow staff member’s absence”.
