We’re pretty sure they’re not just in it for the champagne, but we certainly do have an copious supply of talent when it comes to quality staff who qualify for shentongroup’s Colleague of the Month. But the accolade can’t go to everyone; the winner has to be selected through a rigorous colleague voting process. The clue is in the title, after all.
So throughout February, shentongroup team members considered who shone the brightest in their efforts to help their colleagues deliver best-in-industry continuous power solutions to our clients. For always conveying a happy persona, a positive attitude and always striving to help others, February’s shentongroup Colleague of the Month is Terry Catlin.
Three cheers for Terry! However, Terry’s victory comes with, not only £150 worth of vouchers and a bottle of champagne, but a degree of irony too, as Terry’s dedicated Colleague of the Month parking space will not be accessible to him, thanks to Terry having no choice but to temporarily block it with a standby generator. He’ll simply have to park amongst the rest of us mere non-Colleague-of-the-Month average Joe’s.
But seriously; Terry, you’re a bonus to our team. Congratulations and thanks for your hard work!
