We at shentongroup will take on any type of project, large or small. This project involved installing a Generator in a large studio and apartment block in London.
Our Client required an 88kVA Life Safety Generator set with multiple extras. The specification also stated that a Flue Dilution system had to be fitted and that the external louvres had to be colour coordinated with the new cladding that was to be installed. For our Client’s peace of mind, we also installed a Fire Shutdown system which will alert the client if the temperature in the canopy should rise above 90° C via a Volt Free signal to the BMS system.
On top of this our Power Hawk system was installed to allow our Client to monitor up to 8 indicators that were programmed to display alarm or control conditions of the Client’s choice. We also fitted a lightening surge protection system for them.
This project was overseen from start to finish by our highly experienced Project Management and Engineering teams. To ensure the Generator runs to its optimum performance we also included the first year’s servicing contract.
