To recognise the efforts of our colleagues in the pursuit of this goal, every month each member of the shentongroup family votes for the colleague they feel has gone that bit further in helping their fellow workers and customers, be it through through the use of innovative approaches, through a commitment to teamwork, or through sheer hard work.
This month’s Colleague of the Month was noted for ‘always being cheery’, is ‘great to work with’ and ‘always gets on with the job with no fuss’. As well as being ‘very helpful’, she is ‘just a great supportive colleague’, who ‘comes up with ideas’ and for whom ‘nothing is too difficult’. This month we give a special thank you to Lorna Barry, shentongroup’s Generator Rental Team Leader. In her valued role, Lorna helps to ensure that the shentongroup team provides outstanding service and support to our rental clients throughout the length and breadth of the entire UK.
