On the whole your company have done extremely well paying on time and when asked to do so. We thank you for this.
On this basis and to make future trading easier between ourselves, I have set up a meeting with my Director to discuss increasing your credit limit (among other accounts). Once I have an answer on this, I will of course be back in touch.
On behalf of myself and our company, we thank you for your business and hope to look forward to working with you more this year. My contact Lorna is a pleasure to work with, and she is an asset to your business.
I can’t emphasis how happy we are with the professional and extremely quick manor everything has been dealt with.
Shenton are very reliable, we often see many different engineers with them being a much larger company, but they are all very friendly and professional, we are very confident in their support. The engineers representing their company are always highly professional, capable and a pleasure to be around. I have regular contact with Teri Phillimore (Service Co-ordinator). She is always polite and has excellent organisational skills. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has always been able to find answers to our queries. Paperwork is always quick to be sent through and is also very detailed. I have had no problems arranging visits at our convenience and find that they are flexible to accommodate our needs. Shenton Group make our custom feel valued and I have no negative feedback.
Generator picked up, thank you for all your help and the generator has been a god send.
I would just like to pass on from both Mike, and myself our appreciation, and sincere thanks to you and the rest of Shenton Team.
During the evening, and our day spent factory testing the whole ethos of the group shone through, and for QVC it is a real pleasure to be working in conjunction with Shenton.
From our initial welcome and then meeting the rest of the team during the course of the day we were made to feel at home, and part of the process, with nothing too much trouble.
Thanks again and we look forward to speaking to you both in the near future.
