The Service department says goodbye to a valued employee and friend. Sheryl Hooper completed 6 full years at shentongroup. In her role as Service Coordinator for our Generators and UPS clients, she built many relationships, offering support and peace of mind in power continuity and ensuring that our clients received the best possible service.
Our Colleague of the month has been chosen for a multitude of fantastic reasons, “his willingness to help”, “his cheery, friendly, personable nature” as well as his ability to give potential customers all the information needed so they can make the right choice when it comes to deciding their power continuity solution and provider.

If everything proceeds as planned the United Kingdom will officially end its membership of the European Union (EU) on the 29th March 2019. Like all other businesses in the UK at the present time, we have no real idea how this may or may not affect our industry.
What we do know, is at shentongroup we are committed to providing the excellent customer service, top quality products and services that we have become known for.
Regardless of the potential turbulence of the changing macroeconomic environment, we will continue to understand your needs and will continue to deliver on our promises.
For this project we needed to place two generators in one acoustic plant room enclosure for a Data Centre in Reigate. This was no problem whatsoever for our installation team at shentongroup led by Terry Catlin (Project Manager), we are used to providing whatever our clients ask for.
We at shentongroup take on any challenge when it comes to installing Generators, UPS or CHP systems. Big or small, we always apply the same high standards of project management and workmanship to deliver for our clients. Read more »
Thank you very much for your help. Shentons provided a very good, fast service.
Many Thanks Shirley. Excellent job all round
Please can you pass on my thanks to the engineers for their professionalism in making the evening a success.
I can’t thank you and your team enough for your help with the generator over the weekend.
It was the one single thing that I could worry about the least (apart from where to find the fuel gauge!). It was easy to deal with you, the generator was delivered on time, a lovely piece of kit, worked perfectly, was collected on time etc.
…I will use your firm again and will recommend you to anybody for honest and reliable service…
Thank you to those involved in arranging the CPD carried out at our office yesterday.
We found this CPD on CHPs to be very informative, and the presenter Marcus Dodswoth was very knowledgeable and approached the CPD with great professionalism and enthusiasm.
