Location: Andover, Hampshire

This is an office role based from our HQ in Andover Hampshire for which you will be required to have good organisational skills, be a confidential and trustworthy person with good IT skills. A hard working and positive attitude with a willingness to learn will be essential as well as a good commercial understanding/outlook.

  •  Full support to 2 Project Managers
  • Support to Department Manager
  • Support to 2 Commissioning Engineers
  • Support and working closely with the Finance Team
  • Managing Engineer Schedules
  • Managing Transport Schedules
  • Managing and Processing Orders
  • Liaising with clients
  • Financial Job Cost Reporting
  • Sales – Operations Handover Process
  • Raising Sales Orders and Acknowledgements
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Creating Invoices and Contractor Applications
  • Allocation and Processing of Supplier Invoices
  • Compilation of Project Work Packs for engineers
  • Project Closure – Processing of Sales Orders and Job Cost Reports
  • Stock Take Reporting
  • Management of Stock Orders
  • Processing of completed paperwork
  • Checking off receipts
  • Engineer Overtime, Hotels, Expenses
  • Data entry
  • Email management
  • Compilation of operation Manuals
  • Required skills include:
  • Very good time management
  • Very good task management
  • Efficiency
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tasks and information
  • A sharp and proactive mind
  • SAP Business One software experience/skills would be beneficial
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work extended hours as the needs of the department require
