I am the Director of Property for **********. We operate *** residential nursing homes across the UK. As a quality care provider, we have a duty to our residents, many of whom are vulnerable, to ensure their safety and security. Subsequently, we are required to have business continuity plans in place which also includes for the continuation of power. We started to use Power Call as an emergency generator provider approximately 6 years ago. Each year we have increased the number of our care homes covered to its current level of over 80. We have a further phase of 30 installations planned for the new year. In summary, Power Call provide an excellent service – both on a planned and reactive basis. The contracted response time is 4 hours but Power Call usually have had generators to site, connected and loaded in an average time closer to 2 hours…
