Service can either be a ‘One off’ or if your prefer an annual contract that includes scheduled service visits and guaranteed.
We offer a wide range of Service and Maintenance contracts each with their own levels of cover and response:
Maxicare Plus
- Extended Warranty
- Full cover extended warranty as the OEM’s original, including two scheduled service’s per year with 24 hour 365 day emergency cover and 4 hour response.
- 365/24/7 technical support.
- Hawkeye remote monitoring and diagnostics. ALL Parts and consumables are included. Fuel is charged extra.
Powercare Premier
- Maintenance Contract
- Two scheduled service visits per year with 24 hour, 365 day emergency cover and 4 hours response to emergency call outs.
- 365/24/7 technical support, Hawkeye remote monitoring and diagnostics. Normal workings refuelling. Rapid Response Refuelling is available at extra cost.
- Parts, Fuel and Consumables are extra.
Powercare 24
- Maintenance Contract
- Two scheduled service visits per year with 24 hour 365 day emergency cover and 4 hours response to emergency call outs.
- Parts and consumables are extra.
Powercare
- Maintenance Contract
- Two scheduled service visits per year with emergency cover in normal working hours Monday to Friday.
- Technical support during normal working hours.
- Parts and consumables are extra.
