A nationwide service provides loadbank testing of Generators and other Resistive loads using our range of variable loadbanks.

Any load from 1 kw upwards can be tested.

Essential Testing

Extended and regular full load testing of standby diesel Generators and other power systems using a variable loadbank is essential to ensure reliable and consistent performance during mains supply failures.

Generator in particular benefit as testing removes carbon deposits from pistons and exhaust systems which can build up over time through running the system a less than the design load.

The Total Package

Unlike some companies we don’t rent out our loadbank, we provide a Total Package.

This means that when you have your Generator tested you get the services of our fully trained engineers.

They will deliver the loadbank to site and undertake all the testing for you at a time and place to suit you.

After testing is complete w full report with all the results and digital readouts are complied and sent to you.

Any observations or recommendations that results from the tests are also highlights.

You don’t need to do anything, it’s all part of the Merlin Total Package.
